Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We’re sure you’ll love your products but if you’re not happy for any reason, we offer  refund or exchange.

You may return or exchange any unopened product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased. if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at natureexpresseurope@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Local delivery
Free local delivery is available  within [Dublin-IR, Ruse-BG, Valencia-SP].We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Local Pick up
Free local pickup at [Dublin-IR, Ruse-BG, Valencia-SP]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We ship from Ireland, Bulgaria and Spain to all EU countries and worldwide !

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [EU countries, UK/United Kingdom/Worldwide]. At this time, we do not ship to [Ukrain, Russia/.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Orders made to be shipped out of EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Nature Express Europe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at natureexpresseurope.com or anniesuccess@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PLEASE NOTE;  in order to cover your shipping for loss chose to pay insurance for cover for loss for the whole amount, otherwise we are not responsible in case of loss to refund your payment !!!

 

PLEASE READ IN FULL:

1.    Nature Expres Europe will ship to most countries around the world, we work closely with our DHL express who will make all arrangements for shipping.  Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries including food supplements. Before you place your order, please make sure of your local customs and laws concerning the shipment of food or dietary supplements. This is your responsibility to know what is permitted to be shipped to your country. We will always work to provide our best service, so you receive your order in a timely manner with the least shipping costs available.

2.    Most orders will ship within two business days, provided there are no shipping restrictions.

3.    Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

4.    We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, but we will provide an estimated time of arrival and tracking number.

5.    Our charges DO NOT include import taxes or duties imposed by authorities in the destination country. Carriers will not deliver any order until all fees and duties are paid. 

6.    If you have any concerns regarding duty on imports, we suggest you contact your local customs office.

7.    No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us. 

8.    Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
